Pad Printing
Pad printing is a printing process that has seen impressive progress over the last 20 years. The use of easily deformable, ink-repellent silicone rubber as a printing medium, which ensures excellent ink transfer, has made a decisive contribution to its success. By means of the corresponding machines, it is nowadays possible to apply decorations, symbols, logos, etc. by direct printing, even on non-flat substrates, and all this without loss of quality.
Hot Stampig
Hot Stamping is a decorative technique consisting of the fixation or deposition of a pigment transported in a plastic component film onto the part through the application of pressure and temperature. The precision and complexity of the tools used is much higher than that required by other techniques, but the results are of incomparable quality and durability.
Screen printing
Screen printing is a printing technique that allows the reproduction of images on virtually any type of material. It consists of transferring the ink through a stretched mesh and glued to a frame by the pressure of a squeegee, more or less flexible which, in its displacement, makes it pass to the other side of the mesh. The passage of the ink is blocked in the areas where there will be no image by a photosensitive emulsion, leaving free the area where the ink will pass.
Digital Printing
One of the added values offered by digital printing is product customization. Personalized printing is a growing market. Digital printing is a process that consists of direct printing of a digital file to paper, by various means, the most common being ink in inkjet printers, cartridges, and toner in laser printers.
