Teca-Print Ibérica is a company founded in 1981 dedicated to the manufacture and construction of pad printing, screen printing and digital printing machinery. It also distributes consumables such as pads, screens, inks and other components related to product decoration. Its main sectors are Automotive, Household Appliances and Packaging. It is the leader in the Iberian Peninsula and has solutions implemented worldwide.

About Grabados Andrés

Grabados Andres was founded in 1965 offering mechanical fabrication services for the most artistic sectors of the plastics industry. Among its most common products are tooling for thermo-printing, marking punches, electrodes for EDM and precision machining. Its main sectors are also Automotive, Household Appliances and Packaging and how Teca-Print is leader in the Iberian Peninsula. It works for other countries such as France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland and Bulgaria.

Merger reasons

During the last years Teca-Print Ibérica and Grabados Andrés have been working together in order to offer turnkey solutions for the automotive bussiness taking advantage of the different capabilities of both companies. Being two complementary companies, but with the same vision and principles, they have been strengthening their ties until reaching this decision.

The commercial strength, experience in the manufacture of equipment and implementation in the automotive sector of Teca-Print joins the technical capacity of design and manufacture of Grabados Andres.
Teca-Print has a long history in ink related systems, where Grabados Andrés has been focused in foil decoration systems.

Together, they will create a stronger, more flexible, more independent company, with a longer history and renewed illusions that can solve many different types of decoration techniques.

This merger represents a growth not only in size, but also allows us to offer more products with less dependence on our suppliers. At the same time it is an opportunity to start all over again, so in the coming months we will have a new ERP software, we will implement ISO 9001 and 14001. These changes are clearly aimed at seeking growth and improving our conditions to increase our exports.
